Sweet aromas of powdered sugar dusted pineapple, dried apricot, honeycomb, and pistachio nougat follow through on a very soft and gentle entry to a light-to-medium body with roasted pepper and delicate spice accents. Finishes with a nice white pepper, anise cookie dough, and a citrusy minerality.
