The 300+ year old Amabuki brewery produces some of the most unique sakes in the world thanks to their signature flower yeasts. Yeasts are cultivated in the blossoms of different flowers, each lending its own set of flavors to the sake, which in this case is a Junmai Ginjo with a 55% polished Omachi rice.
