A rich, earthy and smokey liqueur characterized by its use of Rhubarb Root and Black Cardamom. Floral, tea-like notes of Marjoram, Chamomile, Clove and Yarrow round out the complex foundation, while the addition of Bitter Orange imparts a vibrant citrus flavor for balance.

An incredibly versatile liqueur that allows for endless cocktails possibilities. The Rabarbaro works beautifully as a substitute for Sweet Vermouth in a Negroni or Manhattan, or in a simple spritz with soda and a lemon.
