Jean-Marc Lafage was raised in the village of Maury, where Château Saint-Roch is located. He made his first wines in Maury as a teenager under the guidance of his grandfather.
80% Grenache blanc, 20% Roussanne. This is a wine whose flaxen color tinged with green highlight leads to a rich salinity and aromas of lime zest and flavors of ripe pear. A medium bodied white made with great precision.
