This GIN is truly spectacular. I finally located it at my favorite spirits shop. Thank you...Grapes & Grain. I created some stunning cocktails over the weekend. The color changing from the butterfly pea blossom is fantastic and even adds a smoothness to the gin. My suggested cocktails are the Aviation, Negroni, & a simple G & T with some real premium tonic. You are sure to be EMPRESSED.
